Robbery at ‘Ice Box Carryout’ in Crooksville

The Perry County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call at the Ice Box Carryout at 6620 Watt Hill Road in Crooksville Sept. 6.

An employee said that an unknown male entered the store and demanded money. He left with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was described as 6’0″ tall, slender to medium build, and gray hair. The male fled in an unknown direction. There was no weapon seen by the victim.

Units of the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office, and the Roseville Police Department all responded to the scene.
