Davis Pleads Not Guilty in Death of Child

A Zanesville woman charged in connection with the death of her 11-month-old daughter appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Wednesday.  25-year-old Tiffany Davis was arraigned and pled not guilty to one count each of endangering children and involuntary manslaughter. Davis found her daughter unresponsive in a bathtub on April 24 in their Hamline Avenue home. The infant later died on June 6th in a Columbus Hospital.  A trial will be set at a later date.
