Homicide Suspect Behind Bars
A Licking County suspect connected with a homicide is now behind bars.
Sheriff Randy Thorp says 33-year-old Russel David Littrell was taken into custody by Columbus Police in the area of North High Street and Patterson Avenue.
He’s being transported to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office.
Wednesday, the sheriff’s office asked residents to be on the lookout for Littrell, who is a person of interest in a homicide in the 200 block of  River Forest Road in Pataskala.
A 1996 Dodge van which Littrell was believed to be driving has not been located.
Authorities describe the van as red and black in color with Ohio tags FWDÂ 6056. If see contact law enforcement immediately at (740)Â 670-5555.
