Two Transported by Life Flight in Heath Crash

An early morning accident in Heath resulted in two people being transported to the hospital by Life Flight.

Shortly before 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning, the Heath Police Department responded to an accident in the area of 1470 Thornwood Drive.  Police say the vehicle involved was southbound on Thornwood when it veered left, exited the roadway and went through a yard before striking a tree.  

The driver, 23-year-old Kyle Stotts of Hebron was transported from the scene by Life Flight.  The passenger, 25-year-old Cody Williams, also of Hebron, was ejected from the vehicle and also transported from the scene by Life Flight.

The extent of the injuries and cause of the crash is still unknown, and the accident remains under investigation.
