Santa’s coming to town on a Harley for a Good Cause
Hundreds of motorcyclist riding through Zanesville today and all for a good cause.
The Rushing Wind Biker Church hosted it’s 19th Annual Motorcycle for Kids Toy Ride. The event took place at Colony Square Mall Saturday and ended at the Salvation Army. Pastor Michael McGuire said there were about 300 motorcycles in the parking lot. Their purpose is to bring in funds and toys for the underprivileged children in the Zanesville area through the Salvation Army’s Christmas Campaign.
“Together we make a difference in this community but, we can not do it alone. We need people like the Bikers for Christ and other organizations to partner with us,” said Jennifer Bates.
After registration the riders rode down to the Salvation Army where there were door prizes and a live auction.
