Amy’s Totes of Hope
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Sometimes a simple smile can inspire hope, in even the most dire of circumstances.
Amy’s Totes of Hope Founder, Amy Dillon, shared how her struggle with cancer has led to delivering encouragement for others.
“With much help from family friends, we created Amy’s Totes of Hope, which is a tote filled with items for comfort, to distract and provide stress relief for anyone battling cancer,” Dillon said.
She announced an upcoming fundraiser, titled ‘A Night of Hope,’ that will take place from 5 to 9, Thursday, May 15th at Bell Brook Ranch, 1185 Holders Lane in Zanesville.
“We will have entertainment by Paul Ward, meal prepared by Chef Steve and we’ll have a live auction and also we’ll be raffling off items with all proceeds to go to Amy’s Totes of Hope to help us continue on our journey to make totes and fill with goodies. Anybody is welcome to come and all they have to do is call me. My number is (740) 819-9284 and reserve your tickets. Tickets on sale ‘til this Friday, May 2.”
Dillon noted that most of the totes are delivered to patients right here in Zanesville but some are sent to patients all across Ohio and can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
