News article submitted by WHIZ news reporter Gabe Hutton
ZANESVILLE, Ohio–This week’s dog of the week is a little cheesy…Queso is a sweet one and a half year old terrier.
Queso is a very playful pup, he loves to get outside whether its playing with water or having a game of fetch. He currently stays with a foster family but is ready for a forever home.
“Queso, is a 1-and-a-half-year-old terrier, male, he’s already fixed. He’s crate trained, housebroke, loves playing fetch, snuggle in bed. He’s already underneath a foster care at the moment, but he can be adopted at any time,” K9 Adoption Center Volunteer Doug McQuaid said.
Queso also enjoys a treat as sweet as he is with is favorite snack being frozen strawberries.
“Queso, we already know different things about him, and the different things he likes to do. The treats that he enjoys. We know he would be a dog you can take home and if you don’t mind you can lay him in your bed beside or lay him on the couch or sit him in a chair. It’s something about him; he’s truly about companionship,” McQuaid said.
If you want a dog that will keep you close with snuggles and company have a dip of this queso. Contact the Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center for more information.
