The Village of New Concord Welcomes a New Hotel

The village of New Concord has a new hotel for guests to enjoy while visiting.

The Wall House is a modern upscale hotel that is new to the Muskingum county area. Friday their doors were open to friends, family and city officials to view the facility and explore the luxury guest rooms. The hotel is located at 150 Garland way, right off of I-70.

“It’s been in works for over a year. The construction started this year. I came on in august and hired all of the staff. It’s been a real blessing to be apart of a community. New Concord has been wonderful working with us and we’re happy to be apart of it,” said Melissa Best, hotel Director for Wall House.

The luxury hotel’s focus is to give their guest immaculate rooms, engaging spaces and unmatched customer service.

“We are anticipating traffic from the interstate. We’re expecting some guest that might be going out to the wild. We already have lots of groups reserved for 2016. Some that are involved with the college, some that are going to the wild and some that are just coming on a tour. We have a variety already schedule,” said Best.

The hotel plans to open their doors once all the inspections are complete, they are hoping to be officially open next week.
