ZANESVILLE, OH- Downtown Zanesville turned into a hub of teamwork and laughter Thursday night as Quality Care Partners hosted its second annual Corporate Challenge.

The event featured 23 teams made up of local business employees competing in a mix of “Amazing Race” and “Minute to Win It” style games. Each team had about five people, and the focus wasn’t just on winning; it was about wellness.

“We wanna share that health isn’t always about going out and running 10 miles, but it might be socialization, eating the right foods, doing some mental health for yourself, and we want to make sure that we are bringing that and that’s why we’ve gathered all of our community partners to do that, everybody has something special,” said Michele Shirer marketing and sales for Quality Care Partners.

The goal of the night was to promote healthy habits in a fun, community driven way. Proceeds from the challenge will go toward wellness promotion programs in the region. Participants left with smiles and sore muscles.

“Come join us next year, it’s going to continue to grow, get better, it’s a lot of fun, a lot of sweat but a lot of fun,” said Shirer.

Quality Care Partners plans to bring the Corporate Challenge back in 2026. Businesses interested in creating a team can stay up to date on their Facebook page, Quality Care Partners.
