Zanesville Man Faces 5th OVI Charge

The Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol says it charged an area man with his 5th operating a vehicle under the influence offense. Lt. Matt Boyd says 32-year-old David Arbuckle of Zanesville was stopped for a traffic violation just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Arbuckle is scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court on December 28th at 9:00 a.m.
