The American Red Cross Will Be Honored on January 18th

ZANESVILLE, Ohio-Â The Muskingum Valley Chapter of The American Red Cross is another local organization that will be honored at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. breakfast.
Monday, January 18th, The Red Cross along with several other deserving organizations will be recognized for their services to the community.
“We are absolutely trilled to be honored at this breakfast. Something that is so long standing in Muskingum County. Â Our agency is recognized for all the work that we have done for the community is such an honor,” said Executive Director Marlene Henderson.
Henderson said she is proud of the fact that she works for an organization that the community can depend on from blood drives, CPR classes, and disaster relief efforts.
“We’re there when the need is most. It’s that dedication we have to all individuals no matter what walk of life. We will be here. That’s our promise no matter what,” Henderson.
Henderson said she looks forward to continue to provide services to this community for many years to come.
