Four Turns Baking Company Expanding Business Hours

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- A downtown business is expanding it’s hours of operation.

Four Turns Baking Company, a pastry bakery that specializes in croissants, is expanding its business hours. Their popular “Take-Away Tuesdays” created a demand and Four Turns is now planning to open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can smell the aroma of the pastries as soon as you open the door. Four Turns has every pastry you can imagine from sweet cookies to savory quiches and poaches.

“We’ve had so many customers ask why we aren’t open more and if we’ll open more. So finally we said ok. We’re expanding our hours. We’re going to be open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We’re really excited about the opportunity to allow the community to taste more of what we offer,” said Owner Betsy Skrobot.

Skrobot said Four Turns offers European based pastries with a little modern flair. Skrobot said she loves sharing what she does with the public.

“I think I get the most reward when people say, we love your croissant. We love that we can get a high quality pastry here in Zanesville. I take a lot of pride in that,” said Skrobot.

Four Turns Baking Company is located at 111 North 4th Street.
