Quick, Come Get Some Paczkis While You Still Can

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Lent is right around the corner which means our seasonal delicious treat is back. And it’s not your average donut.

These round, sugar-coated, fruit-filled polish pastries are traditionally severed on Fat Tuesday. The pastries come in a variety of ways, from sugar glazed to powdered sugar.

“They are made fresh here at our store. Yes, you can get Paczkis at other places but ours are made right here in the store when all of us are sleeping,” said Riesbeck’s Customer Advocate Jane Dombroski.

Riesbeck’s makes Paczkis in the store from scratch. These are hand made, hand fried, hand filled, and hand packed. There are several different flavors from red raspberry to pumpkin.

“It is a customer favorite. Our customers look forward to the Paczkis every year. They know that we have them in the store. You have to come a little early in the morning to grab your favorite flavor. We have sold over 5 million Paczkis since 1998. That shows how good the product is and how much our customers really love them. So come on in and try a Paczkis,” said Dombroski.

Paczkis will be available until Saturday, March 26th.
