Pataskala Man Under Arrest after Social Media Threat

A man is being held at the Licking County Justice Center after posting a threat to Etna Elementary School in Licking County on social media. 

The Licking County Sheriff’s Office said the threat written by Joseph Walker  of Pataskala read  "… I don’t fight on paper, I am gonna get you my way, the violent way..".  

Detectives interviewed Walker and he admitted to posting the threat. He is being held for Inducing Panic. 

The Sheriff’s Office said additional charges may be considered by the Grand Jury in the future.
