ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Zanesville Museum of Art’s is opening the “Imaginative Chang’an” exhibition.
This exhibition is a collaboration between the Zanesville Museum of Art and Downtown Zanesville Artists and professors.
“My hometown China and my hometown in America. Both cities seems like a bridge. And these artists across that bridge. I want to bring American artists to China next,” said Muskingum University Art Professor Yan Sun.
People are invited to come out to see the art work, have a bite to eat and listen to the Zanesville world music ensemble free of charge.
“No one in America uses ink, water, brushes, and rice paper. And that’s why I want to bring the artists in my hometown to represent the very good idea, very different materials, and Asiatic concept,” said Sun.
The exhibition runs at the museum through April 9th. Zanesville Museum of Art is located at 620 Military Road.
