Lancaster Man Charged with 6th OVI Offense

 Ohio State Highway Patrol charges a Lancaster man with 6th OVI offense.

The Ohio State Patrol Troopers have charged 49 year old, Neil A. Morgan with operating under the influence for the 6th time. Morgan, a Lancaster resident was arrested on March 8, 2016 after being stopped for a speed violation on 33A and Wilson Lane.

Morgan was scheduled to appear in Fairfield County Municipal Court on March 9, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
