Amy Clark

Clark Amy

Amy Jo (Sigman) Clark, 48, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday (June 28, 2025) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born January 30, 1977 in Zanesville, daughter of Debra J. Sipe and the late Donnie Joe Sigman.

A 1995 graduate of Cambridge High School, she earned her associate’s degree in business from MATC. Amy was most recently the office manager for the House of Samuel. She had also worked at McDonald’s on Wheeling Avenue in Cambridge.

Amy worked closely with many foster parents and loved knowing that she helped make a difference in the lives of many foster children. Amy was a fully devoted and loving family babysitter for many years. With limited means, she created a fun, eventful environment the children will never forget. She helped mold them into the compassionate individuals they are today.

Amy was a kind, giving, and selfless person who would help anyone out whenever she could. She enjoyed going for drives, listening to music, and traveling – especially the many day trips she took with her children. She was a huge supporter of her family and loved going to the sporting and school events of her nieces & nephews.

Amy was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church and a member of MOPS.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andrew & Florence Sigman and James & Loretta Sipe; and her stepfather, Rudy Burris.

Amy is survived by her mother, Debra J. Sipe of Cambridge; her son, Matthew Clark of the home; her daughter, Emily F. Clark of the home; three brothers, Gary (Amy) Sigman of Cambridge, Philip Gannon of Akron, and Eric (Elizabeth) Sigman of Cleveland; two sisters, Lori (Terry) Parry of Lore City and Anna (Corey) Bates of Cambridge; her nephews, Jack Parry (lovingly referred to as “My Jack”), Charlie Parry, and Grant Sigman; her niece, Alaina Sigman; her great-nieces, Evelyn Bates and Eloise Bates; and her special friends, Danielle Brailer and Gloria Varga.
