MCCF Pop and Pour Returning to Downtown Zanesville
ZANESVILLE, OH – Looking for weekend plans? One of Zanesville’s tastiest summer traditions is back, and it’s pouring into town this Saturday, July 19th.
The Muskingum County Community Foundation is inviting you to raise a glass at the annual Pop and Pour. This year’s beer and wine fest is happening at the Zanesville-Muskingum County Welcome Center, and it’s your chance to sample some of the area’s best breweries and wineries.
“We’re very excited for this to be taking place at the Welcome Center. The forecast looks like we’ll have some showers off and on throughout the day, but part of the reason we wanted to have it at a facility like this was the flexibility to be able to go inside and outside. So, we’ll still be able to do the Pop and Pour rain or shine. Things get underway at 4 o’clock and go until 7 P.M,” MCCF CEO Brian Wagner said.
Tickets are $30 and include 10 tasting tokens. Full pours and extra tokens will be available on site. Limited pedal tavern rides will also be available for $10 per person.
“We’ve got something new this year and hopefully the rain doesn’t deter too many people from taking full advantage of the pedal tavern that we’ve got. That’ll be going through downtown Zanesville. So, you’ll be able to grab a drink and sit on the pedal tavern and take a nice little tour through downtown,” Wagner said.
You must be 21 years or older and bring your photo ID. Tickets are available online through the MCCF website.
