Loving & Williams help Buckeyes survive Fairleigh Dickinson

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Marc Loving scored a game-high 18 points and Kam Williams pitched in 17 points with a trio of three pointers as Ohio State (7-1) survived Fairleigh Dickinson (2-5) in a sloppy showing on Saturday, 70-62.
The Buckeye led their Northeast Conference foe by just one point at the half, 33-32, before finding breathing room over the final 20 minutes. Jae’Shawn Tate scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds; Trevor Thompson also registered a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
Darian Anderson led the Knights with 17 points.
Ohio State returns home next Tuesday for a showdown with 2-5 Florida Atlantic.
