Slick Roads In Guernsey County

 The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Level 1 snow emergency due to slick roads.  Sheriff Jeff Paden says he issued the alert Sunday morning due to "bridges in the area being very icy."  Paden says to avoid I-70 near the I-77 interchange due to several accidents in the area.
