Mulvaney signs with West Liberty

Philo track star Ally Mulvaney signed a National Letter of Intent with D-II West Liberty University on Thursday. The senior plans to run the 400 and 4X400 for the Lady Hilltoppers while majoring in sports psychology. Mulvaney chose West Liberty over Marietta and Capital.
