UPDATE: I-70 West Closure Near Mile Marker 158
(UPDATE) I-70 has reopened.
ZANESVILLE, OH – Muskingum County EMA Director, Jeff Jadwin says an accident involving two semis has closed a portion of Interstate 70 West.
The interstate is closed three miles beyond the Airport RD and Sonora RD exit near mile marker 158.
Jadwin says it’s unknown how long that portion of I-70 West will be closed.
He says crews are working on cleaning up the fuel. Motorists should use an alternate route.
