Most Snow Emergencies Lifted/But Re-Freeze Expected

Most snow emergencies in our area have been lifted with the warming of the day.  But cold conditions tonight will cause re-freezing. The Ohio Department of Transportation says rain is expected to turn to sleet and snow.  If you plan to drive be careful.
