Melissa “Missy” Lippert

Melissa “Missy” A. Lippert, 57 of New Concord, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on August 20, 2025, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.
She was born on January 27, 1968, in Cambridge, Ohio, daughter of the late Richard Casterline and Mary Ann Casterline. Missy was a graduate of Buckeye Trail Highschool in 1986. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and Football in her free time. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and loved ones.
Melissa is survived by her son, Cody (Kara Koscoe) Lippert; lifelong partner, Tommy Hudson; grandson, Lucas Lippert; nephew, Jeff (Hillary) Lucas; special friends, Cassie Burke, Sabrina Black, and Linda Lake; special aunt, Dyanne Hudson; sister-in-law, Cindy Casterline; special dog, Karma; 3 special cats, Smokey, Bandit, and Miss Sixx; and many other friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Rick Casterline.
Calling hours will be held on Monday August 25, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Bonnell Cremations Funerals Receptions. A dignified cremation will take place following visitations.
