Rick Sabine returns to Highway 103.7 FM to start your morning

ZANESVILLE, Ohio -A familiar voice returns to the airwaves on the country music station, Highway 103.7 FM. Rick Sabine start hosting his morning show Monday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. where you can find him every weekday morning playing music and sharing his passion for radio.

“Well, I’ve been in the radio business since about the mid-70’s and I was in Circleville. I’ve been to Chillicothe and here in Zanesville and radio is not just a profession for me. It’s almost like a hobby. Sometimes, it’s even therapy just to get into the studio, sit behind a mic,” Sabine said.

Sabine looks forward to using his show to help listeners start their day on the right foot with all the important staples morning radio has to offer.

“To me, it’s all about the music and having fun and I like especially morning radio. Getting out of bed that early isn’t a big thrill but it’s just a good time that you can communicate with the listener. I mean you got the music but there’s just little things you like to remind them of,” Sabine said. “Road conditions if it’s winter time, or the weather and those kind of things and have some giveaways and just help someone get their morning off to a good start.”
