Big Brothers Big Sisters of Appalachian Ohio’s 2025 Buckeye Pep Rally and Auction

ZANESVILLE, OH – It’s almost time to show your Buckeye spirit while helping kids in our community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Appalachian Ohio is gearing up for a fan favorite event.

The Buckeye Pep Rally will be held Friday, November 21st from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Muskingum County Fairgrounds Veterans Complex. Guests can enjoy four quarters of tailgating and entertainment, including a reverse raffle with 23 cash prizes, delicious food, a 50/50 raffle, and so much more.

“Our doors will open a little earlier this year at 4 p.m. We will have a silent auction, food by Texas Roadhouse, a live auction, and some rally activities. People can come and gather, get a table, or just individual tickets to the event.” BBBSAOH President and CEO, Katie Lupsor said.

Tickets are on sale now and will be available until sold out. You can purchase a table for eight for $400 or individual tickets for $50 each. Organizers are also seeking sponsors, but the deadline to register as a sponsor is October 10th. All proceeds from the event support Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs, helping connect local kids with mentors who make a lasting difference,

“This is our largest annual fundraiser of the year. It is very important as we expand our program services. We generate about six figures worth of dollars that go right back into all of our youth mentoring programs in the community.” Lupsor said.
