Perry County Election Results

PERRY COUNTY, Ohio–The final unofficial election results are in for Perry County.
In the race for New Lexington Village Council, with four seats available, Janie DePinto with 292 votes, Debra Hooper with 278 votes ,and Mike Kimble with 292 votes, were elected to three of the seats while Amanda Gabbard and David Pletcher tied for the fourth seat with 261 votes.
In the race for Crooksville School Board, Ashlee Jones, Alice Browning, and Samuel Zinn have been elected by voters.
The Perry County Board of DD 1.5 mills levy was voted down with 2,572 votes for the levy and 3,402 against the levy.
The Perry County Home 2 mills for 5 years levy passed by a vote of 3,875 for the levy and 2,193 against the levy.
The Village of Corning 3 mills for 5 years levy failed .
The Village of Glenford current expenses levy narrowly passed as did the Village of Glenford’s roads and bridges levy.
The Village of Junction City Police Department levy narrowly passed with 59 votes for the levy and 57 against the levy.
