  • Victoria Lynn Austin age 67, of Caldwell, OH passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville, OH. She was born June 22, 1958 in Steubenville, OH daughter of the late Joseph Clifford and Dortha Mackey Austin.

She served her country in the U.S. Army.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Rachel Austin of Caldwell, OH; grandchildren Annelisa and Joseph Birkheimer; brother Joseph (Kathy) Austin; sister Darla Austin, and niece Sarah Austin.
