Aaron Silbert

Aaron Silbert, 58, of Zanesville passed away Saturday November 15, 2025, at Genesis Hospital. He was born January 22, 1967, in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of the late Arnold and Lynne Holbrook Silbert.

Aaron was outgoing and lived life to the fullest. He never met a stranger and knew everyone. In high school Aaron excelled in wrestling at Ledyard High School, he was a State Champion wrestler and won the New England championship for his weight division. He not only enjoyed participating in sports but liked to watch them as well.

Aaron proudly served his country as a Sargent in the United States Army. He was known for his hard work ethic and loved working with his hands on projects. He loved the beach and good music. Seafood was a favorite, but it had to be New England seafood, even though he lived in Florida for many years.

Surviving is his wife Michelle LeCompte Silbert; children: A.J. Silbert and Alicia (Matthew) Jackson; Ryan, Terry, Chris and Brooke; his twin brother, Tony (Jennie Hetzel) Silbert; sister, Tanya (Steve) Henningsen; grandchildren: Walker, Wyatt and Everly; nieces: Brianna and Jocelyn Silbert, Tess Henningsen; and nephew Cole Henningsen.

Family and friends are invited to gather and Celebrate Aaron’s life on Wednesday, November 19th from 4-7pm at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OHIO. This will be a time to share stories and memories with one another. Aaron’s service to our country will be honored by VFW Post 1058 and the United States Army.
