Jeffrey Norris

Jeffrey L. Norris, 70 of Zanesville, died, Thursday, November 27, 2025, River Vista in Columbus, He was born Thursday, June 23, 1955, in Zanesville, the son of Herbert R. Norris and Lillian Maxine (Marshall) Norris.

Jeff was an avid hunter, and enjoyed collecting firearms. He was an animal lover who had many pets of all sorts and sizes, over his lifetime.

Jeff is survived by one son, Earl (Ericia) Norris; two granddaughters, Destiney Norris and Amelia Norris; one brother, Vaden Norris; one sister, Kimberly Norris, and his best four-legged companion, Dasiy.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Norris; two sisters, Janice Gibson and Linda Mayle; three brothers, Gilbert Norris, Kenneth Holbert and James Holbert.

Friends may call two hours prior to funeral services from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Hillis Combs Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM, with Rev Darren Tolbert officiating.
