UPDATE: Both Lanes Moving. Accident on I-70 Westbound

ZANESVILLE, OH- Update as of 6:17 a.m.: Both lanes are currently moving.

According to EMA director Jeff Jadwin there is an accident on I-70 Westbound at mile marker 145 involving a delivery truck over the embankment.
