Bobbie Mills

Bobbie Mills, 80, died Thursday morning, January 1, 2026, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House.

Born February 22, 1945, in Dunlow, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Milton and Jessie (Crum) Mills. Bobbie retired from the Babcock & Wilcox – Navy Nuclear Equipment Division after 21 years of service. He attended the First Baptist Church – Dresden and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Surviving is his wife, Debora Kay “Debbie” (England) Mills, whom he married May 18, 1983; children, Charolette (Joe) Roberts, Kevin (Darla) Mills, and Bobby (Jenny) Mills; step-daughter, Jennifer (Bill) Bagley; nine grandchildren, Tiffany, Kahla, Cheyenne, Nicholas, Dianne, Austin, Wyatt, Ella and Olivia; five great grandchildren, Shelby, Braynt, Christopher, Donovan, and Carter; one great granddaughter on the way; a brother, Boyd Mills; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, four siblings, Reba Aldridge, Delcie Adkins, Bill Mills, and Ernest Mills; two nieces, Rachel Adkins and Susie Adkins and a nephew, Wayne Adkins.

Friends and family may visit from 11:00am-1:00pm, Monday, January 5, 2026, at the First Baptist Church – Dresden, 801 Chestnut Street, Dresden.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the church with Pastor Mike Robinson officiating.

Bobbie will be laid to rest at Dresden Cemetery.
