Diana Lynn Chapman, 66, of Zanesville Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Diana was born on July 13, 1959, to Eva Mae Hardy and William Henry Kerr. In addition to her parents, Diana is also preceded in death by her baby sister, Judy Miller; older brothers, Larry Eugene Kerr and Jack Ray Kerr; aunts and uncles, Dolly (Jim) Holly, Gustie (Nick) Cobb as well as several more aunts, uncles and cousins and niece, Donna Kay Kerr.

Diana leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Kenneth Chapman; daughter, Crystal Chapman; two sons, Michael Kerr and Tony Chapman; two sisters, Cora Richards and Patricia Roe; brother, William Edward Kerr; nieces, Dawn Rae Kerr and Stephanie Manyard; nephew, Franklin Kerr; special family, Stacy and Curt Ditto, Patty and Brian Madinger, Randa Grodell, Wendy Davidson and her very best friend in Michigan, Benda and Tony Nimeth; granddaughter, Nicole Chapman and several other grandchildren.

Diana loved her family the most and spending time with them. She also enjoyed rescuing cats and all animals. She loved arts and crafts. Diana worked hard for over 30 years to support her family. She loved to watch hummingbirds sit in the sun and take trips, enjoying life. In 2013 Diana beat stage 2 anal cancer and in 2024 she was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer, sadly it progressed into stage 4 where she battled for one and a half years until it unfortunately spread all throughout her body and to her brain. Her wings were ready, but our hearts were not. She is flying high with the angels. She may be gone but she will never be forgotten. We would like to thank Interim Hospice for their excellent care and services.

Per Diana’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
