Local standouts sign to play college football

Wednesday was National Signing Day, giving high school seniors the chance to officially declare where they will play college football.

Three local standouts inked their names to paper.  Philo running back Dakota Perry will play at Ohio Northern, Zanesville defensive tackle RJ Harris received a full scholarship to Ohio Dominican University and Tri-Valley offensive lineman Jim Priest will suit up for the University of Charleston.
