Doris Scott

Doris Arlene Scott, 71, of Cambridge, passed away February 9, 2026, surrounded by her family.
She was born on January 10, 1955, in Cambridge, daughter of the late, Harold McClelland and Dorothy Kirkbride McClelland. Doris worked for the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn of Cambridge until she retired and was a member of the New Concord Church of Christ. She loved cats and playing the card game Tonk.
She is survived by her children, Nicole McClelland, and Michael (Diane) Black; twin sister, Debra McClelland; brother, Dean (Sandy) Pyles; grandchildren, Jodeci Lathan, Maurice Lathan Jr., RaeKwon Lathan; great-grandchildren Jamari Lathan, ShaLynne Abner; niece, Jennifer Warehime; good friend Maurice Lathan Sr.; too many extended family and friends to mention.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Darrell McClelland, Carrol McClelland, Norman McClelland.
Per her wishes no services will be observed.
