Kenneth Bonnell

Henry Leon Riggs, 81, of Zanesville, passed away February 12, 2026, in Zanesville.
Leon was born February 22, 1944, in Cushing, Oklahoma, son of the late, George Henry Riggs and Nellie Ann Harrison Riggs. He enjoyed a career in Law Enforcement and was Sherriff in Harrison County, Missouri.
He is survived by his step-children, Lou (Shauna) Clark and Kim Frank; daughter Tori Riggs; sister Sharon Pry; grandchildren, Zach (Taylor Day) Clark, Autumn Frank.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Sue Wimer Riggs.
No services will be observed; Leon will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife in Terlton, Oklahoma.
