Freezing Rain Causes Snow Emergencies

***UPDATE***  Coshocton County is no longer under a Level 1 Snow Emergency

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz has issued a Level 1 Snow Emergency.  Our area is currently dealing with freezing rain and that is making travel difficult.  Roads are icy and motorists should drive carefully.
