Sandra “Sandy” F. Satterfield

Sandra “Sandy” F. Satterfield, 70 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully at Adams Lane Nursing Home on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Sandra was born on September 3, 1956, in Gassaway, West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late Elwood Nicholas and Virginia (McKee) Harris. Sandra dedicated her life to ensuring her family was always taken care of. She took pride in her cooking skills, especially her spaghetti and hamburger gravy. She loved to listen to music and dance. Sandra also enjoyed being outside, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

Sandra is survived by her husband of thirty-two years, David Satterfield; her two daughters, Stephanie (Roger) Gohring and Catrina (Michael) Roberts; her three grandchildren, Justin Gohring, Salem Roberts, Colton Roberts, and three bonus grandchildren, Shania Tilton, Megan Evans, and Brayden Evans; her brother, Ken (Wendy) Pettit; her special friend, Kim Ramey; her cat, Callie Mae; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In keeping with Sandra’s wishes, a caring cremation will take place. A celebration of Sandra’s life will be announced shortly.
