William “Bill” Yahner

William “Bill” Rice Yahner Jr., age 81 of Salesville, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Ohiohealth Southeastern Medical Center. He was born in Darby, PA, son of the late William Rice Yahner Sr. and Laura (Jacobs) Yahner.
Bill had worked as a fire protection engineer at Johnson and Higgins Inc in Cleveland, now known as March McLennan.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Mary Harmon Yahner; and a daughter Jennifer Patel. Bill was a loving brother-in-law, and a great friend and mentor.
He is preceded in death by: his parents and an infant son Kenneth Yahner.
Memorial visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 3pm to 5pm with a service to begin at 5pm.
