Mary Cowgill

Mary Lillian Larrick Cowgill, age 90 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Embassy of Cambridge. She was born on July 13, 1935 in Guernsey County, a daughter of the late George Oscar Larrick and Doris R. (Foraker) Larrick.
She was the oldest of six children. Her siblings are George F. Larrick and his wife Linda, Charles O. Larrick and wife Betty, both deceased, Donald R. Larrick and wife Paula, Richard E. Larrick and wife Pennie both deceased, and Ruth A. Larrick Camp and her husband Gene who is deceased.
Mary leaves several Larrick clan nieces and nephews, great and great-great nephews and nieces including a special niece, Teresa Larrick Lyons and a special great-nephew Cody; and several cousins.
She married Wib Cowgill in 1979 and he died in 1994. She leaves two step-sons and their families and (one step-son deceased Mike) and his family remains.
Mary graduated from Kent State in Ohio and taught school for many years. A memorial service will be held in the future with burial to take place at Guernsey Memory Gardens. Mary’s online guest book may be viewed and signed at www.bundy-lawfuneralhome.com.
