July is National Ice Cream Month, which means any excuse to eat ice cream is a good one. “A lot of people always come here to celebrate National Ice Cream Month. We make our own ice cream, we have since 1948 and I’ve been making it myself for 49 years.” Owner of Tom’s Ice Cream Bowl, Joe Baker said.
