Kantana “Tana” George

Kantana “Tana” Lee George, 56, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away on August 2, 2026. She was born on September 14, 1969.

Tana was preceded in death by her father, Jack Robinson; mother, Cheryl Larrison Robinson; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Cody George; granddaughter, Briella George; several cousins, including Cayenne Huffine, Shanda Mullens, and Shauna Turner, who were by her side; and her best friend of 52 years, Michele Hauge.

Tana was a waitress by trade, a profession she enjoyed immensely. She was a very kind and giving soul who touched the lives of those around her. She loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cremation has been chosen.
