CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival was held at the Cambridge City Park.

There were over 90 vendors and participants present. Festival Director, Carol Wilcox Jones, said the festival is celebrating its 48th year. She said so many vendors know about the festival and that leads to great products being provided.

“We’re just delighted with the level of the quality and variety,” said Wilcox Jones. “We’ve got everything from fine arts, beautiful paintings. We’ve got primitive arts, we’ve got recycled material, we’ve got a wood cutter who is using his chainsaw. There’s just something very unique about coming to the Salt Fork Festival. It’s quite a great community.”

Wilcox Jones said the festival inspires the local artist as well as the local students.

“We have a giant student art tent,” said Wilcox Jones. “It’s the biggest we’ve ever had. We have over 200 pieces in that. Those are from school children from area schools.”

Wilcox Jones said one of her favorite parts of the festival is that there is no charge for parking, admission, and concerts.
