State of Emergency declared for Muskingum County
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Muskingum County Commissioners, Zanesville Mayor Don Mason, and county EMA Director Jeff Jadwin have signed a proclamation declaring a state of emergency for Muskingum County.
