Rodney B. Olney

Rodney B. Olney, 70, of McConnelsville, passed away on Tues, Aug. 18, 2026 at the Highland Oaks Care Center in McConnelsville. He was born on Aug 10, 1956 in Zanesville to the late Donald and Helen Williams Olney. He proudly served his country in the U.S Marine Corps and worked as a landscaper. He is survived by a son, Jeremiah Olney of Zanesville and a brother, Bruce Olney of Malta. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Delph Olney. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation at the family’s request.
