Dog of the Day: Tucker

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- It’s Tuesday so that means we have another furry friend waiting to meet you.
This is Tucker. He’s been at the Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center since August. Tucker came in as a humane case and the center doesn’t know much about him, but they say he’s full of personality.
“He’s very playful. He likes to play,” says Deputy Dog Warden Brittany Calihan. “He does some tricks. He sits. He likes to put his paws up. He’s a good walker. He’s just a young boy and there’s a lot of pup in him.”
Tucker is a boxer mix around one to two years old. He is already neutered and ready to go home. The center believes Tucker will do good in any home, but somewhere he could run and play would be best. And he definitely needs to be walked daily.
“He seems like a really good dog. Of course we want people, if they have dogs, to bring them in and we dog test kids. But he seems to do really well so far with about everyone.”
Tucker’s adoption fees are $105. That includes all of his vaccines, shots, and tags. If you are interested in Tucker you can call the adoption center at 740-453-0273.
