FEMA and Ohio EMA Disaster Recovery Center coming to Roseville

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A press release from Ohio’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA) announced that a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will be open in Roseville on Wednesday.
The DRC will be in the William H. Barker Community Center at 13047 Karl Brown Road in Roseville. This location will serve residents of Perry, Muskingum, and Morgan Counties who were affected by the August floods.
“Residents visiting the Disaster Recovery Centers can learn about available resources and assistance,” said Sima Merick, Executive Director of Ohio EMA, in the press release. “I strongly encourage anyone with losses in the impacted areas to visit a DRC to learn what help is available.”
Homeowners and renters are encouraged to apply for federal assistance at DisasterAssistance.gov. For those who speak Spanish, you can visit DisasterAssistance.gov/es. You can find more information by visiting FEMA.gov or by calling the FEMA Helpline at 1-800-621-3362.
The DRC will be open from Wednesday until Nov 1. The operating hours are listed below and also apply to the DRC locations for Hamilton County and Franklin County.
Oct. 7: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Mon-Fri: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sat: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sun: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
