Barbara Thomas

Barbara Thomas, 72, of McConnelsville, formerly of Roseville, OH passed away on October 7, 2026 at Genesis Hospital. She was born March 24, 1954 to Paul Basil McElfresh and Betty Brown McElfresh. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, shopping and having a good time. She will definitely be remembered. She was one of a kind and lived life to the fullest. She will be missed by her family and friends, more than she will ever know. She will never be forgotten. She is reunited with her husband Donald “Crank” Cox. She will be more remembered by AC/DC songs, rather than sad songs. Until we meet again
She is a loving mother to her two children, Tabby Thomas and Donnie Krouskoupf who she loved with all her heart; and also several grandchildren, Josilynn, Emily, Ellie, Jala, Remington and Rylicha; and great grandchildren, Braelynn, Cohen and Greyson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Crank” Cox.
