3rd annual ‘Fun Factory’ Poker Run

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The 3rd annual Toys for Tots Off-Road Poker Run collected over 700 toys for kids.
The ‘Fun Factory’ Poker Run is similar to a motorcycle run, but riders drive their ATV’S and other off-road vehicles through mud and acres of land. The registration fee was $20 plus a new toy to be donated to Toys for Tots. Around 400 people came out to enjoy the ride and help out a good cause.
“We’re working with Opal Lambert with Toys for Tots. We help her out quite a bit. A lot of it goes, she’ll come and get them all and distribute from there,” said owner Jason Stanbery.
Two meals were provided at the poker run. The Harrison Township Fire Department made one of the meals. ‘Fun Factory’ donated part of the registration money to both the fire department and Christ Table.
“The community (coming) together, just everybody, not even people who came and rode, but people just stopping buy just to drop toys off just to help out,” said Stanbery.
If you would like to donate money, or donate a toy you can find out more by contacting ‘Fun Factory’ at 740-319-2829.
