Larry Kirkbride

Larry Kirkbride, 87, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Genesis Hospital. He was born August 7, 1939, in Zanesville to the late Chester and Betty Robinson Kirkbride. He retired from Grief Brothers, where he was a forklift operator for many years. Larry enjoyed woodworking, using his handyman skills and was a good carpenter.

He is survived by his wife Lilly Kirkbride; four daughters: Marilyn (Roger) Bailey, Kimberly Kirkbride, Pam Cavalear and Staci (Dustin) Heck; two sisters: Sandy (Ralph) Brown and Carol Blackford; grandchildren: Melinda Ford, Nathan Kirkbride, Jason Cavalear, Raven Bailey, Seth Bailey and Kristin McCarty; great grandchildren: Christina Wallace Ford, Derek Ford, Chasity Ford, Dontae Ford, Jayden Cavalear, Bryson McCarty, Rhyer McCarty, Raelynn McCarty, Mason Kirkbride, Matthew Kirkbride and Brentley Kirkbride; great great grandchildren: Bella Wallace, Vanessa Wallace, Sammy Wallace, Isaac Wallace, Dalen Ford, Dominick Ford and Kaizen Derry.

In addition to his parents, a son in law Jim Cavalear; a brother William Caldwell; a sister Shelby Sines; two brothers in law: Ralph Brown and Danny Blackford.

Visitation will be from 11AM to 1 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The funeral service will begin at 1 PM in The Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Tom Barton officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
